Amplifying Hope
Dear Friends, We’re in for a balancing act, aren’t we? How to manage our fears for this country, the world, our environment, and each other without giving into despair? I believe we need to bolster one other and remind ourselves of hope-filled things. To that end, I’ll be sending you inspiration via email each Monday. I hope you’ll join me each week!
Women Who Walked on Water
Joy Zimmerman's "Women Who Walked on Water" is a song of tribute to seventeen courageous women who changed the world.
A "Women Who Walked on Water" Hall of Portraits was featured within the Her Art/Their Art Exhibition at InterUrban ArtHouse March 18th - April 30, 2022. The Her Art/Their Art Exhibition is a partnership between InterUrban ArtHouse and UMKC Women's Center. The Hall of Portraits project was supported by InterUrban ArtHouse through a Mid-America Arts Alliance Grant.

Cultivate Joy Blog
I love hearing the inspirations that led songwriters to their songs. And I love knowing what makes artists tick.
These fascinations led me to this leap of faith into the blogging world. My intent is to explain Note by Note how my original songs came to life. One song per post.
